Meet and Greet!

On Monday October 27, 2014 RoboRaiders began their training with a meet and greet session.  This gave the team the opportunity to get to know one another through the use of the “Name Game”, which required the students to tell the team their name and an animal that started with the first letter of their name. Making robots is a great deal of problem solving so we all played a huge twister game. We grouped up in a circle, grabbed a random persons hand, and then had to untangle our selves. Last but not least being on a team takes a lot of communication skills. To show how important communication is we had groups of two face opposite sides of each other, one describing a picture they seen on an index card and the other drawing it based off their partners descriptions. We all had a lot of fun!
